20th Reunion of Evelyn Kostenbauder and Ray E. Sands
It was a beautiful spring day on Saturday, April 21, 2007 when 140 OES Members and Friends arrived at the Harrisburg Holiday Inn & Conference Center. They came to celebrate the memories of Sister Evelyn and Brother Ray's year in the East. We were entertained by the delightful humor of the Toastmaster, Brother John Kibler, PGP. Sister Sharon Cooley accompanied Brother Martin Lorah in a song tribute to Sister Evelyn. Four of their Grand Officers and Six of their District Deputy Grand Matrons were able to attend. Sister Helen Haines gave the response to all the welcomes.
